Martin graduated from Liverpool University in 1990 and became a Partner at Prestbury Road Dental Practice in 1995. Since working in general practice, Martin has gained a wide range of excellent clinical experience in all aspects of dentistry and has particular interests in the treatment of nervous patients, restorative and cosmetic dentistry. He is fully committed to postgraduate education and has gained a variety of academic accreditations, including successful completion of courses in Advanced Restorative Dentistry and Aesthetic Dentistry (St Ann's Dental Education Centre, Manchester) and The Royal College of Surgeons MFDS qualification. He has been a Vocational Trainer for several years for Liverpool University. Martin continues to serve as a Treasurer for the Mid Cheshire BDA.
Apart from his professional attributes, Martin enjoys various exercise classes and riding his BMW motorbike on international trips. He is married with three young children.

Ian qualified at Liverpool University in 1988 and has an interest in cosmetic dentistry - in particular crowns, bridges, veneers and bleaching. Before becoming a partner at Prestbury Road Dental Practice in 2002, he was a vocational trainer for newly qualified Dentists at his own Practice in South Manchester. He is currently studying for the postgraduate qualification of MJDF (Membership of the joint dental faculties) and is experienced in treating nervous patients. He is married to Carol and they have a daughter. In his spare time, Ian's hobbies include restoring old cars, as well as spending time with his family.

Carol qualified as a Dental Hygienist from Liverpool Dental Hospital in 1988, gaining the Oral B Tutors award. Prior to her qualification, Carol was an Oral Health Educator for the community Dental Service, where her interest developed in leading patients into better understanding of preventing gum and dental disease. Since qualifying, Carol has completed the Extended Duties course at Bristol School of Dental Hygiene. She has also been on numerous Continuing Professional Development courses; including Master Class training days in psychology and hypnosis applied to Dentistry. Carol holds both a diploma with distinction in Hypnotherapy and a practicing certificate in Psychotherapeutic Counselling. Carol specialises in dental fear, dental phobias and dental anxieties, she has had experience in offering therapy to a wide range of patients who have battled for many years with a fear of visiting the dentist. Carol has a keen interest in treating nervous patients and in Oral Health Education for adults and children. In her spare time, Carol enjoys gardening, cooking, needlework and spending time with her husband Ian and their daughter.
Paula Pace (female)

Paula qualified as a Dental Hygienist and Therapist from Liverpool Dental Hospital in 2007. Since gaining her Diploma, Paula has been keen to ensure her practice utilises evidence-based understanding to provide gentle dental care. Paula is very experienced in all aspects of the Hygienist and Therapist role, especially the successful treatment of apprehensive and younger patients.
Paula is married and has a daughter.
