Situated on the edge of Macclesfield town centre, we are easy to reach whether you are on foot or traveling by car. If you arrive by car, there is a large public car park at the rear of the Practice. The Practice runs an appointment system using a computerised dental package.* However, if patients have an urgent dental problem they should telephone 01625 432300 at their earliest convenience. This will allow them to be seen the same day whenever possible.
If you are unable to attend, please let the Practice know within 24 hours of a reserved appointment. In the event of missed appointments, or late cancellations, the Practice reserves the right to apply an administration charge of £25.
The Practice operates two payment schemes, One is a "pay as you go" fee scale, which includes all treatments available at the Practice. The other is a monthly membership plan. We can also offer interest free financing on some treatment plans. In addition we also accept cash and all major credit cards including Maestro.
We will ask you to pay for treatment at the time it is carried out. Where your treatment requires two or more sessions, we may ask you to pay a portion at each appointment.
* Appointments of 30 minutes or more duration will require a small holding fee of £30 per 30 minutes. This sum will be offset against the cost of treatment, providing no appointments are broken or cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.
